A frequently asked questions section is used to quickly answer common questions about your business. E.g.,"Where do you ship to?", "What are your business hours?" or "How can I reserve a service?".
FAQs are a great way to help site visitors find quick answers to common questions about your business and create a better browsing experience.
FAQs can be added to any page on your site and also to your Wix mobile app, so members can view them from any device.
To add a new FAQ, follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from the dashboard or Editor.
2. Add a new question and answer.
3. Assign the new question to a category.
4. Save and publish changes.
You can come back and edit your FAQ at any time.
Yes. To add audiovisual content, follow these steps:
1. Manage FAQs from the dashboard or Editor.
2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one.
3. Click the video, image, or GIF icon in the response text box.
4. Add audiovisual content from your library and save changes.
You can edit the title from the FAQ Settings tab in the Editor.
You can also remove or customize the title in your mobile app, from the Site & App tab in the Wix Owner app.
Manejamos tiempo de entrega rápidos. Si estás en Santiago, podemos entregarte el mismo día o al día siguiente. Si estas en Santo Domingo, te entregamos de 1 a 2 días. Y si estas en otra provincia, te entregamos de 2 a 4 días (el tiempo varía segun la compañia de envío)
